只有本财团与用款企业签完协议1天之内收到8%的开单费以后,本财团才开始安排后面的开证等一系列工作, 我们的合同才正式生效.否则为无效合同!

六, 为何除了8%的开单费后,还要收取第一笔贷款金额的10%,是作什么用途的?

答:8%的费用只是银主和银行中间人的费用,由于一个银行大额存单不能一次性开出来,这样开证银行和操盘公司必须派出大批工作人员协助工作,这就产生了为数不少的工作费用,8%分配完后,操作费用已经所剩不多,如果不即使补充,后面的工作因为缺少费用而停止,所以需要还要收取第一笔贷款金额的10%作为工作费用,不过仅限于第一次贷款,以后不再收取了.

第五,需证方企业的条件千差万别,本财团在短时间之内无法调查核实,如果等到需款企业将款贷出来才支付,万一发生需证企业贷不出款的情况,无法支付已经形成的8%的开单费,也让联盟财团的信誉受损,很可能会让金主和银主撤走资金,导致巨大的损失,这样空手套白狼,吃力不讨好的事联盟财团是绝对不干的!
Fiveth, loanees may be various in condition. Our Group can’t verify them in short time. If we wait loanee to pay billing after loan made, in case they can’t get loan from bank, then can’t pay 8% that should be paid earlier, then our Group’s credit standing will get harmed, fund owner or gold owner may withdraw their fund to result in big loss to us. We won’t do this get no profit but damage to our credit standing.
只有本财团与用款企业签完协议1天之内收到8%的开单费以后,本财团才开始安排后面的开证等一系列工作, 我们的合同才正式生效.否则为无效合同!
Only after signing of Agreement, we received 8% billing charge within 1 day, can we arrange following series work of billing. Our contract become valid, otherwise still invalid.
所以需款企业只有联系好接证银行和贷款银行,准备好8%的开单费后,才有资格和本财团合作.

五,我们开票为什么只开一年,能不能多开几年?
Why we only open 1 year billing, can we open it for several years?
答:由于大家刚开始合作,我们只能开一年,通过一年的合作,我们互相了解后,再决定将来的合作.不过我们可以和需证方签定一年以上的合同,三年十年的都行,我们当然希望长期的合作者,但这毕竟需要一个过程,我们不需要大,只求稳.只要大家是互信的,自然会合作长久,反之,将不可能再有第二次合作机会.
Answer: since we just start cooperate, so we only open one year, after one year’s cooperation, we get to know each other better, then we decide wether to continue cooperation. But we can sign contract longer than one year, can be 3 years or 10 years. We surely hope to do long term cooperation. But this need a process. We’d rather do stable than bigger. If we trust each other, long term cooperation is of none problem. On contrary, we won’t give any second cooperation any more.

六, 为何除了8%的开单费后,还要收取第一笔贷款金额的10%,是作什么用途的?
Why after we collect 8% bill, still have to collect 10% of the first loan? What is it use for?
答:8%的费用只是银主和银行中间人的费用,由于一个银行大额存单不能一次性开出来,这样开证银行和操盘公司必须派出大批工作人员协助工作,这就产生了为数不少的工作费用,8%分配完后,操作费用已经所剩不多,如果不即使补充,后面的工作因为缺少费用而停止,所以需要还要收取第一笔贷款金额的10%作为工作费用,不过仅限于第一次贷款,以后不再收取了.
Answer: 8% charge is for fund owner and mediators. Since huge amount of fund owner’s deposit can’t be issue out at one time, issuing bank and operating company have arrange more staffs to conduct the work, this will result in big expenditure. 8% has been distributed, not much operation charge left, if can’t supply in time, the latter work maybe forced to stop by lack of expenditure. Therefore we need to draw in 10% of the first loan as running fee. But this only limited to the first time, no more charge later
七, 为什么还要将贷款出来的50%进行共管呢?

答:共管的目的是为了保证该项目的顺利实现和即时还款,专款专用,和长期稳定的合作关系,对所有合作伙伴有个交带代,确保大家的利益.
