In Sept 10, 2004, UN headquater authorized to set up UN World Wealth Inv.&Financial Group and it's branch – U.N. World Fortune Celebity Enterpriser Association. Dr Li Ming Xi, who resignated from UN Asia Development Office, assumed the office of corporation, and took up the post of Chairman of Board to U.N. World Fortune Inv.&Finance Consortium Ltd.. 

为解决经费问题,投金财团和全球排名前九大的财团合作,黎明曦博士代表联合国总部占51%的股份,其他九大财团总占49%股份. 
In order to figure out the financial problem, UN World Wealth Inv.&Financial Group cooperated with other 9 leading financial groups in the world, with share stucture of Dr Li Ming Xi, in represent of UN headquater, accounting for 51%, while other 9 financial groups accounting for 49%. 

黎明曦博士走马上任后,积极开始筹建两个组织,不幸的是在2006年4月在上海筹备联合国世界财富联盟财团过程中,发生突发事件,刚从银行出来的黎明曦博士被4名歹徒抢劫行凶,不但钱财抢一空,人也被打伤在地,肺被歹徒踩碎. 
After come to the position, Dr Li Ming Xi strived to prepare to construct 2 organizations. Unfortunately during preparation UN World Wealth Inv.&Financial Group in Shanghai, accident happened in April, 2006, that Dr Li Ming Xi was robbed of all money by 4 robbers when he just went out of bank and seriously hurted with his lung completely treaded down. 

经过四个多月的抢救, 黎明曦博士脱离生命危险,但肺部的伤只好了50%,向安南回报后,安南希望黎明曦博士大局为重,养病为主,尽快康复. 
After more than 4 months salvage, Dr Li Ming Xi eventually survived, but his hurt lung only recovered 50%. After got the situation report, Secretary-general Annan expected Dr Li Ming Xi considering more about the overall situation, focusing on recuperation, and doing best to recover sooner.
